Born and raised on a farm in Southwestern Manitoba, my love for nature has been the wellspring of my artistic journey. I am a partner, a mother, a sister, and a friend, guided by a zest for life and a loving heart. In my professional life, I am an Employment Counsellor/Program Manager, where I've managed to infuse my innate creativity into every endeavor.
Throughout my life's journey, creativity has been my constant companion, expressing itself through various channels. However, my most recent and cherished outlet is painting. I paint what inspires me, whether it's the vibrant hues of the natural world or the occasional commissioned piece. Working with acrylics on canvas, I employ both water and dry brush techniques to not only soothe my soul but also to convey the essence of my subjects.
For me, art is a spark that ignites the artist's soul and, in turn, touches the admirer's soul. It's the epitome of beauty. My hope is that my artistic expression resonates with you, leaving a lasting impression.
